Property owners agree to indemnify and hold Glen Property Management harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the management of their property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Glen Property Management.

We respect your privacy and will handle all personal and property-related information confidentially. Your information will only be used for the purposes provide our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings in the appropriate courts of South Africa.
